Essentials of Negotiation

If you conduct negotiations frequently and are looking for a systematic approach to transform yourself from an ‘experienced’ negotiator to an ‘expert’ negotiator, our ‘Mastering Negotiations’ in English or ‘Professionelles Verhandeln’ in German are the right choices for you.

What you'll learn: a conceptual framework to apply immediately to real-life situations, increase your strategic and tactical flexibility to create more value for all parties by solving different types of conflicts in negotiation simulations, how a negotiator’s mind works and how to avoid common fallacies in preparing for and conducting negotiations.

You as a Negotiator

If you have received former training in negotiations and are looking for a program to strengthen your individual negotiation power tailored to your needs, the two days’ program ‘The High-Impact Negotiator’ is ideal for you.

Past participants particularly appreciate the coaching from experts and the exercises designed to make it easier to walk away from their natural style, so that they can experiment with different styles in a safe environment.
