Leader as a Coach

Leader as Coach

Executive education program in English

Coaching as part of the leadership role

Coaching rarely comes intuitively to managers. In addition to emotional intelligence, communication skills, and methodical expertise, you also need the ability to master and reconcile the different roles of supervisor and coach.

This program prepares you for the role as coach to enable you to leverage the full potential of your team - with the goal of providing them greater autonomy, the ability to self-organize, and an environment that fosters inclusion and innovation.

The German language equivalent to this program is Die Führungskraft als Coach.
